Item Exploring the moderating role of mindfulness in the relationship between abusive supervision, psychological contract breach, and the leader-member exchange quality(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, 2024) Mukashaf Shahzadi; SP23-RMS-004; Dr.Tamania Khan; LHR TP 9619This study investigates the moderating effect of mindfulness on the relationship between abusive supervision and leader-member exchange (LMX) quality, with psychological contract breach as a mediator grounded in Affective Events Theory. Collection of data was made through a survey distributed to 249 call center employees in Lahore, SPSS was used for analysis, including descriptive, reliability, correlation, and Harman’s one-factor analysis. The findings of this study show that psychological contract breach negatively affects LMX quality, and mindfulness moderates the indirect effect of abusive supervision on LMX through psychological contract breach. These results contribute significant insights into workplace dynamics, focusing on the importance of mindfulness in reducing negative impacts. The study illustrates the significance of leadership’s role in employees’ relational outcomes. Limitations include a cross-sectional design and snowball sampling, which may affect generalizability
