    This Internship report provides an overview of my internship experience at Dar-e-Arqam School (Muhammad Ali Johar Campus), where I worked as a trainee in Accounts Department. During this internship, I had the privilege of learning from Mr. MUHAMMAD Mohsin. This report covers various aspects of my internship, including the background of the organization, its business operations, and the valuable knowledge and skills I acquired. The key responsibilities as an internee are Budgeting, Data entry, Data entry Analysis and record keeping. The gained experience extends financial analysis, Budgeting skills. Communications skills, Data entry and analysis skills and decision-making skills under pressure are valuable assets for a successful. As I embark on my career, I am confident that the knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the internship will serve as a robust foundation for success. The internship not only deepened my understanding of accounting practices but also cultivated a keen appreciation for making decisions. The internship in Accounts department gives me a chance to observe the complexities of financial tasks inside an educational institution. Working together with the Accounts group worked on my team work skills and I acquired valuable knowledge into the significance of amazing skill and moral lead in the bookkeeping field. At the last I am thankful to my teachers as well who encourage us.

    This report covers my 6 week internship at shampa carpets a global organisation in carpet exporting and manufacturing providing premium quality products to relish your home style since 1978, which was a truly knowledgeable experience for me on whole . During my internship the major goal was to get a first hand knowledge on accounting and finance skills for textile industry .The internship not only provides me with an outlook on various fields of accounting and finance we apply towards an industry in order to run its operations but also it helped me explore shama carpet business on whole ,their business history,mission,accomplishments, hierarchy,marketing strategies, innovate approaches ,sale, finance,supply chain, SWOT analysis providing me with the insight of companies strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats along with a knowledge of the business process within shama carpets . Moreover it detailed out all the key elements that I graps a knowledge for as an intern including budgeting,forcasting,market research,cost management,effective teamwork and communication in addition to which focusing on the ways in which my internship affected my profession objectives and the difficulties I looked in seeking after them.     The Impact of Abusive Supervision on Employee Job Satisfaction: Exploring The Mediating Mechanism of Employee Knowledge Hiding Behavior and Creativity

    Purpose −This study investigates the negative relationship between abusive supervision and job satisfaction will be serially mediated by employee knowledge hiding behavior and employee creativity. Design/Methodology/Approach−Data was collected in the form of a questionnaire survey in two time points (time lags of 2 weeks) from teachers at private colleges in Lahore. Sample size 150 by convenience sampling, 144 teachers have completed the full questionnaire survey. Hypothesis are tested by the PROCESS macro (Hayes, 2013). Findings −The results reveal that direct effect of abusive supervision on employee job satisfaction is not significant but through the serial mediation of employee knowledge hiding behavior and employee creativity, it is significant so employee knowledge hiding behavior and employee creativity fully mediate the negative relationship between abusive supervision and employee job satisfaction. Practical Implications−Results shows that in the organization abusive supervision by the mangers towards their employees it can mitigate the employees job satisfaction so in organization there is need to abusive supervision to mitigate the employee’s knowledge hiding behavior and enhance creativity at workplace that ultimately enhance the employees job satisfaction. Originality /value−The study has found organizational leaders should have to work to reduce abusive supervision to foster a healthy organizational culture, where employees feel free to share their knowledge and perform their job duties creatively so they will get more satisfaction towards their jobs and for personal life as well
