    My internship with Askari Bank, one of the major banks in Pakistan, is summarised in this executive summary. The internship aims to provide practical experience to the banking and finance enterprise/system and to comprehend the internal functions of the Askari Bank. This report summarises the most important takeaways during my internship, which included learning the inflows and ouflows of cash of the bank's most fundamental functions like account opening, credit management, and business expansion. In addition, I was able to observe firsthand the bank's dedication to excellent service and its methods of customer relationship management throughout my internship. By gaining exposure to the finance institution's risk-management practises, strategies, regulatory framework, as intern I was able to gain a comprehensive awareness of the regulatory climate in the banking industry. Numerous recommendations are offered on the basis of the internships and the analysis performed. Some of these recommendations focus on bettering customer service and reducing operational costs. The internship with Askari Bank was a great opportunity to gain practical experience in the banking industry in Pakistan. My understanding of the banking industry, along with its challenges and opportunities, was enriched by this encounter.
