    This report covers my six-week internship at Zeitgeist, a notable fashion-oriented organization that concentrations in making, showcasing, and trading very good quality clothing. The entry level position's primary objective was to close the hole between accounting and finance according to industry practices. The organization's obligation to individuals, collaboration, and competitiveness is highlighted. The foundation segment dives into Zeitgeist's fruitful business tasks, hierarchical design, and a SWOT examination. The author details their internship experience, outlining the background and purpose, business operations, organizational structure, SWOT analysis, marketing strategy, competitive strategy, and a business process analysis within Zeitgeist. The significance of authority, cooperation, and authoritative culture in affecting worker’s working environment is underscored in the report. Moreover, it focuses on the ways in which my internship affected my profession objectives and the difficulties I looked in seeking after them.
