    Sexual Harassment against Women at Workplaces and its Impact on Their Motivation and job satisfaction

    Sexual harassment is considered as a violation of human rights. Sexual harassment at the workplace is a very serious problem for the women, as they are very insecure during their working hours. Sexual harassment can socially harm anyone when someone gets exposed. It may also affect the productivity of the infected employees and also it can highly effect on their motivation. Sexual harassment involved an individual or group of individuals which are in sexual harassment behaviors and activities such as physical contact or requests for sexual favors, verbal and non-verbal conduct, making sexually colored remarks which disturb the human rights at workplace. It is highly necessary to remove sexual harassment at workplace because it can highly affect the mental health of the victim and also it can reduce the productivity of the victim and also reduce the motivation of the victim who is being sexually harassed at the workplace (Handbook on Sexual Harassment of Women at Work Places, 2015).
