HRM has seen a shift in the last two decades, using technology to boost performance. The use of technology in the current competitive era is required in every function of an organization to add value and give organizations a competitive edge. This study investigates the effects of EHRM functions on communication pace, and processing time and cost of HR processes directly and with the mediation of perceived organizational agility. The study also investigates the moderating role of technological attitude in the relationship between EHRM functions and organizational agility. A sample size of 383 employees selected through convenient sampling technique from HR departments of different companies of Lahore, Pakistan. The data analyzed by using Partial Least Square Structural Equational Model (PLS-SEM) using WarpPLS software. The study focuses on how EHRM practices can enhance organizational effectiveness and give the company a competitive advantage. Benefits can be gained by designing and implementing e-HRM systems in a way that supports the workflow of organizations. The study adds significant value to the existing research on EHRM by providing empirical insights about the role of EHRM in improving communication pace, processing time and cost of the HR processes.
