Topological Properties of Graph Derived from Supramolecular Chain in Dialkyltin Complexes of N-Sailicylidene-L-Value
(Library Information Services, CUI Lahore, 2022) Asad Abbas; FA20-RMT-043; Dr. Hafiz Mohammad Afzal
A topological index is a numeric parameter which describe some silent features (connectivity, boiling point, stability and melting point) of a Molecular graph representing some chemical compounds. These indices characterize topology and are usually hold mathematical properties of Graph invariant. The process of transforming chemical information of chemical molecules into useful numerical results is known as molecular descriptor. These molecular descriptors are extensively used in the study of Quantitative structure-activity relationships (QSARs) which give insight to the biological properties based upon chemical structures. N-salicylidene-L-valine get from two organic compounds, one is N-salicylidene and second is L-valine. L-Valine is one of the 20 amino acids that make up protein. The reactions of dialkyltin dichloride, salicylaldehyde, L-valine, and DBU yielded complexes 2-5 of the title (catalyst). We examined various degree-based topological features of graphs obtained from dialkyltin complexes of N-salicylidene-L-valine based on supramolecular chain in this thesis.
