(Library Information Services, CUI Lahore, 2020) Ali Umair Ajmal; Fa17- Bcs-147; LHR TP 7493; Mamoona Tasadduq
Before starting FYP we did a lot of brainstorming whether we just do FYP as degree formality or have to make useful product that solves the problem of Traffic warden and public. Because we believe that the purpose of technology is to solve real world problems and make life easier of common man. Since our project is not very unique but it is adding the value in the life of common man. Our project’s goal is to facilitate both traffic warden and public under the single platform with E-Parking Challan app to reduce wait factor which many traffic warden often face when they need to make challan of any vehicle as they wait for owner of vehicle to come. This app will also reduce the traffic issues. This app will reduce much confusion and misunderstanding between traffic warden and public. This will provide ease to public to pay their challan online, view no parking areas, vehicle registration, views status of challan and much more. We are providing a solution to a real life problem by which many citizens are suffering from. We have divided our Application in three parts from user perspective. We divided our application for traffic warden, public and super admin panel. We will provide two signing in options like one as sign in as traffic warden and one as public citizen. Traffic warden will enter app by signing in by using his specific license ID and password after that he can make challan by taking image of wrongly parked vehicle, view challan history, edit challan and find locations. The public citizen also use this by simply signing in to application by using his valid email and password and he can view his challan , can register his vehicle online, challan payment online , search parking areas , view challan status. The other user can be super admin who can manage user of the app, can delete or update users, can warn someone, can add no parking areas, can view reports and can authenticate users. The normal flow of app in traffic warden perspective is he will took image of wrongly parked vehicle , app will automatically fetch record of vehicle owner by extracting information from database then traffic warden will fill challan against vehicle owner and message challan will be sent to owner and also sent Gmail of challan to owner. Then owner can use the app or can pay challan direct to bank. The owner can pay challan online by using our app, can view his or her challan status and his or her challan history. This app will also reduce the traffic problems. We will provide an E-Parking Challan app to our country and its citizen.
