    This report is on “Hitpeak Logistics”, an USA based Dispatch company. Provides Dispatch and logistics services to all the carriers of USA. Ms. Maryam Saddiqa, is the Chief Executive Officer of the company and founder of the company. She founded the company 1.5 years ago in Johar Town and then in Allam Iqbal Town Lahore the “Hitpeak Logistics”. It offers both dispatch and logistic services. Hitpeak Logistics currently has only 1 branch allocated in Lahore. The first chapter of the report is included with introduction, data collection methods, scope and limitations of the study. The second chapter of the report is included with Background of the Hitpeak Logistics. This chapter tells us how to give dispatch and logistics services to carriers. Its components and overview of the services in the USA market. This chapter is also consisting of vision and mission statements of Hitpeak Logistics. The third chapter of this report discussed how Hitpeak Logistics performs. Its business operations like Organizational structure, SWOT analyze, their marketing strategy, their competitive strategy and their business process analyze. The discussion about the departments of the company. The departments that worked during the internship are mentioned here. The fourth and final chapter concludes from overview of my learnings as a Student Intern which includes my Duties, accomplishments, new knowledge acquired, problems encountered and me analyze on how that experience impacts my career.
