    This paper analyzes and finds the different determinants that contribute to the effect of recruitment on organization performance, organization environment and employee retention. Human Resource Management deals with the employees and the human capital of a firm. An Organization consists of people first and foremost, a department to handle its dealing is very necessary. The HR department does many different tasks like recruitment, safety, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance and training and development. Hiring the right man for the right job is one of the toughest tasks the department has. Our project will focus on the effect of recruitment and selection on the organization performance, organization environment and employee retention of Mari Petroleum. So, the Mari petroleum focuses on the organization performance, environment and employee retention while recruiting and selecting the employees.
