This research is conducted by gathering information through surveys to identify the customer loyalty. The wattage of results made effectively, the channels of source discovered proficient that helped in gathering bona fide information subject to analyze the things that leave negative impressions of social media that cause disloyalty for customers. By adding up the previous discoveries, we found that social media has turned the customer preferences as their goal in order to get loyalty.
