    Perception of Nestle Pure-life and Aquafina in the mind of consumer and its impact on brand image.

    Consumer always have some sort of perception in their mind related to different products. There is a need to capture that perception to enhance brand image or recognition, studies have shown that in sub-conscious mind a consumer develop perception of a particular product by previous experience which helps them to easily make pre-purchase decision. Consumer perception is very important for organizations as through this they can better understand their customer, communicate with them, helps in advertisement and plays an important role while making a buying decision. For a business it is very important to analyze its customer perception, as if these are properly managed can lead to enhanced business growth and survival in market. Consumer perception provides a direction which helps to grow in future. Perception is the main driving force behind our certain reaction to things. Many organizations are highly investing on their consumer perception of their brand image to align their brand according to customer perception, there can be more than one perception about a single product but the organization needs to cater all those perceptions carefully to sustain their selves in the market place.
