    Job boredom can be describing in terms of disagreeable situation of low stimulation and displeasure cause by work condition that is harsh for the work person (Reijseger G, 2013). Physical presence of a person at work place but mentally he is not present is so costly for the organization job boredom is also due to the lack of interest in given task in some situation or lack of skills to perform the tasks.
