dc.description.abstract As a consequence of technology breakthroughs, the world changes quickly. The goal of the twenty-first century is to establish a direct link between work effectiveness and completion time. For HRM operations to be successful, they must be both efficient and effective. Artificial intelligence (AI) has the potential to improve employee engagement, decrease repetitive tasks, and save time. Nevertheless, it interferes with HR functions like hiring and performance reviews. For example, In-person encounters could be emotionally draining. Training and education for HR managers is crucial, as is their ability to adapt to new situations. AI has the potential to greatly accelerate this development. The use of AI might greatly enhance HRM practices on a global scale. In a study conducted by Agarwal and colleagues (2022), artificial intelligence can improve and fortify human resource practices in businesses. Additionally, it helps in hiring and motivating staff, which enhances the working environment and builds trust within the company. The HR department might make better, data-driven choices because to AI's ability to analyze vast volumes of data, spot trends, and predict results. By integrating AI into HR, organizations may improve the entire experience of their employees. There is currently a lack of thorough research on AI integration in Pakistani organizations. The integration of AI into financial Hra in that country has now come to a standstill due to the lack of a thorough investigation into the scope of AI application and specific areas of people management. The new economy will adjust to global trends in technological advancements, industry revolutions, and innovations in order to stay up to date and take part in these developments through national plans and actions in a safe technological and knowledge environment that ensures economic transformation to an economy based on innovation, understanding, and innovation, in relation to the Pakistan for 2040 vision (2021). The ideal industry is one that can provide sustainable and equitable growth, foster an environment that is friendly to business for everyone, and Improving exports in the contemporary and value-added industries. Despite the paucity of research on AI-enhanced employee engagement and accomplishment, Pakistani workers may benefit from AI-based feedback, support, and personal growth as it may increase employee 3 engagement and sales. The ethical concerns, cultural limitations, and legal implications of using AI for Pakistan's financial sector, however, have not received much attention. en_US
