dc.description.abstract The six week internship at PepsiCo served as the basis for the report's activities. In July, I started working as a management trainee officer intern at PepsiCo. For six weeks, I will be interning. The management gives us an overview of the organization's procedures and systems in the first section before giving us the internship's structure. In the second section, management explains the significance of organisational culture and its benefits to the business. In the third section, tell us about the significance of departments and their value to us. The fourth section discusses the SWOT analysis of the organization. In which we talk about the company's potential, vulnerabilities, strengths, and weaknesses in the SWOT analysis. The organization's opportunities and challenges are external, yet its strengths and weaknesses are external components. The organisation develops and reduces its internal strength and weakness through these factors. External opportunities and treads: how they enhance the company's potential and reduce its treads. In the fifth section, tell us how to make the organisation better. In the sixth section, tell him what the firm can do to make us better. Describe how their tactics strengthened the company. en_US
