Anxiousness, a prevalent mental health concern, is often shrouded in stigma, hindering open
discourse and effective management strategies. This paper explores coping mechanisms for
anxiousness and strategies to reframe it as a source of motivation while addressing the stigma
surrounding mental health Moreover, embracing Anxiousness as a motivator involves
recognising its potential to propel individuals towards personal growth and achievement.
