dc.description.abstract Whenever merger and acquisition in organization take place employees are supposed to accept them. In this process, if the merger and acquisition are not managed properly than they may cause lack of organizational commitment in the employees of bank. This research study was held to observe the impact of employee satisfaction on organizational commitment after merger and acquisition. Questionnaire was distributed among employees of faysal bank to complete this survey. Seven point likert scales is used in our questionnaire. OLS regression approach provides evidence for the relationship between employee satisfaction with a merger and the affective commitment, and there is also a relationship between employee satisfaction with merger and normative commitment. Support was also found for the hypothesis which proposed that affective and normative commitments are positively correlated with satisfaction with merger. en_US
