dc.description.abstract The notion of Employees' Wellbeing (EWB) is a vital factor that organizations need to understand and elevate to achieve a better work-related performance of their workforce. An employee who feels high wellbeing and experiences a low level of stress is expected to be relatively more satisfied, energetic, and productive. It is in the great interest of an organization to provide a supportive work culture that may enhance its employees' wellbeing. This study aimed to find that the employees' wellbeing is affected by the Quality-of-Worklife (QoWL) that banks provide to their employees. Further, it was to investigate whether the employees' job satisfaction mediates the proposed relationship between quality-of-life and employees' wellbeing. It was found that employees have a positive perception of the prevailing QoWL at their workplace. The statistical analyses suggest that the QoWL in the banking sector is of moderate to a high level. The multiple linear regression model's statistical results indicated that the employees' job satisfaction is strongly affected by the QoWL practice. Overall, QoWL practices have a positive and significant role in determining the level of job satisfaction. The multiple regression model analysis revealed a significant positive impact of the QoWL on employees' wellbeing. The employees' job satisfaction bridged the relationship between employees' wellbeing and employees' wellbeing. This study's outcomes cannot be generalized to the entire banking sector due to the relatively small sample size. en_US
