Abstract:
Human development can be scaled by many things. A multifaceted development of a
nation depends on the presence of professional and dynamic human resources.
Resources that are in the hands of two generations who are to make most of the major
population; Gen Y and Gen Z. We live in the present of the Y Gen and have our
future dependent on Z Gen for a better developing country. No generation can bring
an impact unless they have the knowledge to put in use for moving forward. Higher
rate of illiteracy and outdated ideology constitute the fundamental causes of poverty.
As a matter of fact, under many circumstances, it is the poverty of spirituality and
ideology that plays a decisive role in trapping people in economic poverty. The most
important objective of learning is to empower the rural fabric which is majorly
lacking in this, not only with basic knowledge, skills, but also with commitment to
modern ideology, thus to obtain an inner drive to combat with the problems they face.
In attempt to fill this gap they start by migrating in the urban fabric and disturb the
socio-economic dynamics. There’s a need of mental and physical exercise to keep the
rural population from thriving to have a better tomorrow, an exercise for a developing
mindset. A development that will fabricated the rural sectors together where both the
social systems can help one another, feed to and get result out of what’s given to
them. Work hand in hand, feeding the fabrics individually and waving the connection
in absolute individuality of their own character. For the rural community to bring their
resources into use. Sculpting their ground/fabric in a manner that represents what they
hold and have to offer, with the sense of collective ownership of the society. Reviving
the rural areas without destroying the characteristics that makes these places
attractive. Retaining the authentic characteristics of the rural setup
