Abstract:
In the time of environmental crises, more sustainable methods of using innovative materials must be
developed, so that pollution caused due to production of construction materials with high co-efficient
ratio of co2 emission must be minimum. Designing an institute which would introduce innovative
materials and create awareness in people by educating them. PECO factory is prime location for a
research institute as it is surrounded by industrial areas, as well as material-oriented markets, located in
center of Lahore, within approximate distances. This institute would provide employment and would restabilize economical condition of PECO factory. By introducing environmental friendly materials which
would be used in construction industry and create awareness to save environment.
