My duties included managing the day-to-day operations, managing the workers, and maintaining effective communication between the numerous departments. I participated actively in staff development and training programs, which improved my team performance and visitor pleasure. Additionally, I had a significant participation in inventory control, assuring cost effectiveness and ideal stock levels. I undergo a lot of exposure to strategic decision-making processes working with top management. I was able to bestow to the growth and success of the firm by offering feedback on marketing efforts, customer service improvements, and innovations in operations. Additionally, I often worked with customers to fix issues and improve their experience, which called for exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. This strengthened my aptitude to manage a variety of client demands and gave me essential proficiency in successfully managing visitor interactions. My experience was further enhance by working in the scenic environment of Shogran, which gave me the chance to grab the dynamics of a tourist-oriented area.
