Throughout, MACA has been providing top-tier services to its clients and has managed to create its reputation amongst more than 350 sectors. In this report, I have given a short introduction to MACA. This includes its services, organizational structure, the sort of culture it has, and the approach of HR in the firm, I have also provided a brief overview regarding the entire process of auditing as conducted in the firm. I also included a short SWOT analysis of the firm. In the final section, I mentioned the organizations I had to audit for and also talked in great detail regarding all the duties I was required to perform, the knowledge I gained through this, and some problems I encountered in the firm and recommended some solutions for said problems. Working at MACA, I was able to have significant exposure to the finance industry, especially the auditing field.
