Problem Statement: As we know higher universities are service based. So, there is no enough work on educational SC in higher education institutes which helps them to get competitive advantage over competitors. But the current study has been conduct to understand the education supply chain with regard to (1) education development, (2) education assessment, (3) research development, (4) research assessment. Research Methodology: This study is based on the understating gained during the course work. In order to complete the study, data has been collected from a faculty of reputed university, which is securing good ranking from last one decade in higher education institutions of Pakistan. Faculty of XYZ University has been surveyed to improve the educational supply chain with reference to education development, education assessment, research development and research assessment.
