The study concentrates on assessing numerous works done by different scholars to determine the impact of proactive fellowship behavior on authentic leadership and organizational effectiveness while moderating role of positive psychological capital. The research project will explain the four variables: proactive followership, authentic leadership, organizational effectiveness, psychological capital along with diverse concepts of leadership, and followership concerning this research. This will generally provide insights on the topic. The literature review in this study aims to: fulfill objectives concerning the impact of proactive fellowship behavior, intensify responsiveness related to this area of research, findings, and recommendation.
