Sexual harassment at the workplace is a very serious problem for the women, as they are very insecure during their working hours. Sexual harassment can socially harm anyone when someone gets exposed. It may also affect the productivity of the infected employees and also it can highly effect on their motivation. Sexual harassment involved an individual or group of individuals which are in sexual harassment behaviors and activities such as physical contact or requests for sexual favors, verbal and non-verbal conduct, making sexually colored remarks which disturb the human rights at workplace.
