Methodology In this study, cross-sectional study was conducted. The 280 questionnaires were distributed among employees and 215 employees filled complete questionnaires with required demographic data. In this study, five hypotheses were tested based on the theoretical research model.Short Urdu version scales are used for this study.Regression analysis is tested to check the correlation between the variables. CFA is also used in the study to check the validity of the scales. Findings.
