It was hypothesized that there is a relationship between mindfulness, optimism, and mental health (anxiety, stress, and depression) of university students. A correlational research design was used in this study. The sample of 224 students (male=89, female=135) was taken from online google form. Different scales were used i.e. Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale, Optimism Life Orientation Scale and Mental Health DAAS Scale to assess the Mindfulness, Optimism and Mental health in university students. Pearson Product Moment Correlation Analysis and hierarchal regression was used to assess study objectives. According to results, there is negative relationship between optimism and mental health (stress, anxiety, and depression) in university students. Mindfulness negatively predicts stress, anxiety, and depression in university students. Optimism negatively predicts stress and depression in university students.
