After synthesis, X-ray diffractometer (XRD) was used to confirm crystal structure of M-type hexagonal ferrites. The evaluation of grain size and analysis of external morphology of synthesized hexaferrites was being done by scanning electron microscope (SEM). To analyze the Infrared absorption, Fourier transform infrared spectroscope (FTIR) has been used. The DC electrical resistivity has been studied by the use of two point probe technique. The increase in DC resistivity with increasing Ce-contents as the Fe+3 ions responsible for conduction have been reduced. Magnetic characteristics as saturation magnetization (Ms), remenance (Mr) and coercive force (Hc) are being calculated with a vibration sample magnetometer (VSM).enDepartment of PhysicsSP19PhysicsSol-Gel Synthesized CeriumHexaferritesEvaluation of Electrical and Magnetic PropertiesSol-Gel Synthesized Cerium (Ce) Substituted M type Hexaferrites: Evaluation of Electrical and Magnetic PropertiesThesis
