The collected data was then analysed using numerous statistical methods, such as cross-tabulation, reliability study, and linear regression. The results of this study suggest that T&D services at the TMR program in Pakistan do not achieve the required level, as the organization claims on its website while the company must make excellent attempts to develop T&D initiatives and programmes. However, the T&D programs have important beneficial effects on information processing, recruitment and staff productivity that greatly increase management of the company's knowledge structure and performance by enhancing T&D systems.
