Cyberloafing appears as a dominant issue in the organisations that need to be managed. However, there are a lot of researches about this subject many researchers try to contribute understanding relating to this topic. Current study aims to examine the influence of cyberloafing activities on employee’s job satisfaction and job stress by moderator self esteem. The survey includes data from 220 employees of banking sector. Four hypotheses were tested based on the constructed model. SPSS and Warp PLS software were used to analyze the hypothesis and to run different statistical tests. This study finds the significant positive influence of cyberloafing on job satisfaction. And negative influence on job stress. Current study finds that self esteem moderator the relationship between Cyberloafing, job satisfaction and stress.
