I did not have any particular role in the company as an intern; rather my supervisor shifted me to different departments of finance every week from where I took an understanding of their working as well as got tasks related to it. This experience provided me with exceedingly valuable knowledge and practical skills that one might say it was worth 'all the tea in China.' This experience allowed me to implement my academic knowledge into real world problems and get a better grip on them, for instance, how receivables that received and what reported at that time and how it reported. I gained insights into the internal operations of Kohinoor Textile Mill Ltd. The following are the milestones I achieved: • How Bank Reconciliation Statements are made • Developed a sales dashboard and presented it to the supervisor • Financial analysis of company and competitor’s dynamic dashboard • Filled out the application for the issuance of Letter of Credit (on a sample paper) • Used the Oracle system to record the transaction to reflect the receipt of the payment received against accounts receivableen-USKohinoor Textile Mills LimitedKOHINOOR TEXTILE MILLS LIMITED (Raiwind Division) Manga Raiwind Road, Raiwind, Kasur, PunjabThesis
