Training and Development aims at attaining organizational effectiveness by enhancing individual’s skills and knowledge that will further add value to their prospective careers. Different Techniques are integrated by organizations to equip their employees with these skills and knowledge. Training and Development is the upskilling of individuals that ultimately results in enhanced effectiveness of any business. Descon Technical Institute is a premier institute that aims at schooling individuals that otherwise cannot afford to get an education, with skills and knowledge that will add value to them. The major problem at DTI is the lack of training for its staff and administration. This will help the trainers understand these tools better and incorporate the utilization for the timely process of their information and claims. Arranging and providing the training to the DTI shall aid in mastering the updated skills in their prospective fields and facilitate in transferring the best knowledge, and skills to the students enhancing their capabilities.
