For this study, data was collected from public sector (Cooperative department Lahore, Govt. of Punjab) through survey questionnaire.The descriptive statistics was calculated using SPSS. The confirmatory factor analysis was run in the AMOS. The scale items that meet the minimum criteria was used for calculating the reliability of the scales. The structural equation modelling (SEM) was used to test CFA for factor analysis.
