While listening to officially released music can be one of the best sources for inspiration, but in this specific endeavour, an even more appropriate and natural source of hands on inspiration, is pre-produced audio tracks with which musicians can synchronously practice their playing abilities or vocalize. A mobile application, with great emphasis on the UI/UX (User Interface & Experience) can cater to these problems, featuring a user-friendly audio streaming interface, and a library of audio tracks specifically crafted and labelled by musicians to assist other solo musicians. Moreover, the app aims to also engage music listeners to validate the prowess of audio producers associated with the platform. The mobile platform will also allow musicians to effectually collaborate in the music production process. Be it solo musicians or musicians working together on different audio tracks, any track/s uploaded to the platform will help form portfolios of different artists that other artists can explore to and get hands-on inspiration from.METRNMEComputer scienceSP16musiciansvocalistsinstrumentalistsMETRNMEThesis
