The company specialises in rice processing, such as husking, polishing, sorting, grading, and exporting rice. They are remarkable in all elements of management, from strategy to supervision. Production, Lab & Procurement, Finance/Accounts, and Administration & Human Resource Management are the four main departments at H. Ali Nawaz Rice Mills. I was assigned to the Finance/Accounts Department during my internship, where I assisted the Chief Finance Officer Mr. Mazhar Iqbal and worked under his supervision while also handling some responsibilities on my own. This experience has highlighted the importance of combining hands-on experience with academic knowledge when navigating the complexity of the financial operations. In conclusion, my time at H.
