ABSTRACT
This project explores the boundaries of architecture in our local context by using it as a branding tool. It leads to the investigation of how a building can represent the ideology of a brand and produce a landmark project that develops a time specific. The invention of car has made the life easier and more comfortable, their interaction with man, nature of adaptability and the power of shortening distances with the use of high technology has made it earn the title of user friendly. This project helps the brand to create a standpoint in the market of automobile products in a specific context. It mimics the dynamic exploration in the field of automobile in architecture. Leading towards the process of form making. It expresses the brand perception of reality in tangible form. The form is aimed to characterize by the fundamentals of geometric forms, and utilizing analogue forms by abstracting and manipulating the architectural elements such as floors, roof and ground. Time specific architecture shows the time in which the building is. Iconic architecture has become the landmark for the region and it also show movement and dynamism through their form. They should be iconic so they show the history of the brand development. |
