Abstract

My four to five weeks of internship at DHQ Hospital M. GARH gave me the chance to learn a lot about data collecting, analysis and administration. Through my internship, I gained awareness of how healthcare data systems work in practice. I actively participated in a variety of data collection projects throughout my internship collaborating closely with healthcare experts to compile and arrange patient data. I was able to understand the value of precise and thorough data in the healthcare industry because of my practical experience. I also discovered how to use descriptive data analysis for important insights of data. This ability proved beneficial in seeing trends and patterns in healthcare data, perhaps assisting hospital administration in making better decisions. In addition, I explored the field of data visualization, employing tools and methods to produce instructive dashboards, graphs, and charts. These graphic representations not only improved data accessibility but also made it easier for stakeholders to understand complex medical information. I feel that the practical skills and information I gained from this internship will help me in both my academic and professional endeavors moving forward. The experience at DHQ Hospital M. GARH has improved my knowledge of data handling in healthcare systems.
