Abstract

“This Report was written after I completed an internship at HUM NEWS. For the purpose of gaining practical experience and completing my internship, which is required for my degree. I've split my time across HUM NEWS' into different sections. The first section of my paper is dedicated to the Department's history and introduction. Readers will also have a better understanding of the HUM news purpose and goal. The next sections of the report offer a complete overview of the HUM news hierarchy chart, including an introduction to all divisions, key offices, and personnel numbers. In the third section, I've included all of the departments' activities and functions.” “Another important part of my report is the duties that were allocated to me throughout my internship. In this report, I've included all of the departments where I've worked and gained experience. I'd want to call attention to these entire departments where I received training. Nonlinear editing department, subediting department, writing scripts, Reporting, News monitoring, Voice over, News story writing Department Working with HUM News was an incredible opportunity for me. It was the first time I realized how to do productive work in a true hierarchical structure. Because everything was new to me, it took some time to adjust to the organization's way of life and workplace, but with the help of my coworkers and internship director, it was accomplished quickly. The day-by-day chats and conversations among the many staff persons turned out to be fruitful for me because they provided me with the basic facts I required.
