Abstract

The results of the research are used to foretell a student's transition into the real world. A person with industrial experience has a significant advantage and is highly sought for. Learning from this course will provide you the tools to go out into the world and make a difference. This will equip them to pioneer novel ideas and concepts, thereby contributing to the advancement of the media industry. The study is about the learnings being an intern at the SUNO News. The essential components of producing news, such as reporting, editing, and scriptwriting, are all examined in detail. Each desk's assigned duties, as well as the level of supervision and daily briefings received, are detailed. In addition, the report will highlight the differences between classroom theory and real-world application. However, the following report comprises of a brief history of the entire company, the organization's vision, and the organization's hierarchical structure. Additional research possibilities include zeroing in on SUNO News specifically. The report covers all the sub-departments that report to this division. Newsroom is where most of the action takes place. The Departments include: • Division of Sub-Editing • Department of Non-Linear Editing • Copywriting Department • Reporting Department • Technical Department Everything I did during my internship is documented here. Tasks I was assigned to complete are included in the research along with an analysis of the organization's positive and negative aspects. The graphics are also related to the duties preformed. Also mentioned and scrutinized critically are the organization's problems. Moreover, the whole experience at the firm is undoubtedly very much profitable, the practical and job oriented experience will provide boost to my advancing future. It took some time for me to become immersed in the News Room's work and for my reputation to grow and for me to adjust to my new environment. Within a short time, I was able to start taking classes at a number of different tables. Thanks to the encouragement of my coworkers and the guidance of my internship supervisor, I have had no trouble settling into my new surroundings.
