dc.description.abstract In Amoxicillin Trihydrate enzymatic synthesis, efficiency of enzyme matters as much as yield of product. Because efficiency of enzyme get effected by some of the mentioned parameters. Those parameters which effects the efficiency of Penicillin G Acylase (PGA) i.e. Temperature, PH & reaction time and these parameters directly effects the yield of product. Another parameter as different ratios of raw materials i.e. 6-APA and D- HPGME considering temperature ranges used for Amoxicillin Trihydrate enzymatic synthesis effects the final yield. Where stirring is also considerable during reaction. Here the only problem is to access the efficiency of enzyme if enzyme is not in use and at what temperature enzyme do not get denature and give required yield of Amoxicillin Trihydrate. This research work is about to access these parameters ranges to get required yield and optimized parameters where PGA enzyme can be work to use for synthesis of Amoxicillin Trihydrat en_US
