dc.description.abstract Pakistan Textile industry is rapidly growing due to increased demand from customers. New entrants are joining in and catching up with the existing brands. For the research purpose, a textile mill is selected to understand how a Supply Chain (SC) works in textile industry. A few issues are observed in SC that are discussed in this report. Primary research is conducted by interviewing an employee at the company, who is designated in planning department. The purpose of this report is to find what sort of problems related to SC occur in a company and to see how companies respond to such issues. The most prominent problem found is the issue regarding service and quality of the SC operations and/or processes. It is seen that there is a lack of sharing information throughout the SC and thus, it is recommended to share information around the departments and throughout the SC as well en_US
