Abstract

The project is to introduce a vocational training institute which will help in the education sector will provide the formal and non-formal education. The technical trainings for the user group, including vocational education courses to prepare the students with skills for employment. The main focus is to educate the people so the local can avail the opportunities in the district where the bigger units exist, the technical training and the vocational courses will help the students to learn the skills to work. Vocational education is the technical training to get skills or professional instructions to trade with the present day advancement. The training will include formal, non-formal education. The formal and non-formal education which will lead the student to get the abilities for working in the industrial unit. The trainings will develop competence skills to students. Education will help and encourage us to develop and to grow, to get better jobs and to work with more competence.
